Zumba Gold is for active older folk looking for a fun exercise to music class that helps balance and co-ordination.  Cost is £4.00 per session and runs every Friday.

Over 60’s Fitness and Balance – Low impact, gentle cardio class, perfect for Strength / flexibility / balance and Co-ordination

The course runs for 6 weeks, with 2 weeks off, then back to 6 weeks on

Age UK say – Exercise is one of the most effective ways to maintain independence, reduce balance problems and reduce the risk of falls.

Arthritis Action say – Regular exercise strengthens the muscles that protect and support the joints, helping to reduce the pain of arthritis and improve function.
