Lower Limb Strength & Balance classes at Linden Hall, Hampton every Tuesday from 1.00-2.00pm.  £10 per class – book 5 consecutive sessions and get the 6th class FREE!

TABLE TENNIS AT LINDEN HALL on Wednesdays @ Linden Hall Community Centre

£2.00 per session – Come along and play Table Tennis every 2 weeks at Linden Hall on Wednesdays from 1.15 to 2.45.  Suitable for everyone from learners to more experienced players – members and non-members.
