Jerry is one of only two Trustees that don’t live in Hampton, having moved into Teddington 31 years ago. He is married and has three grown up daughters and a grandson.
His career has been largely with the Central Church Bodies, where he has had spells at the Church Commissioners, the Central Board of Finance, and the Archbishops’ Council. Under the apprehension that he was to be made redundant he stood for election in 2002, and has served as a Liberal Democrat councillor for Fulwell and Hampton Hill ever since. He eventually took early retirement in 2007 and joined the Board of Trustees in 2012, succeeding Carol as Chair in 2013.
